Effects[]
Unlike most buffs, Increase Damage falls into three categories:
- Increase base damage (pre-critical damage) of attacks.
- Increase strike damage (post-critical damage) of attacks.
- Extramarital damage (damage that hits regardless of attacks or other factors).
Causes of Increase Damage[]
- The Enchant buff.
- Ubuntu's Staff Strike - 50% chance to increase team's base damage (only) by 4 for 10 turns.
- Stackable.
- Ubuntu's Rain Dance - 100% chance to increase team's base and strike damage by 1 for 10 turns.
- Stackable.
- Cain Solomon's Tantrum - 100% chance to increase own base and strike damage by 3 for 3 turns.
- Stackable.
- Item General's Insignia - All character's attacks with base damage attacks have damage increased by 4.
- Not stackable. - Cannot equip two General's Insignias
- Will not affect strike damage
- Item Mindreader's Chalice - All characters deal an additional 15 damage during a successful intercept.
- Not Stackable.
- Higashi's innate - 100% chance to increase his intercept damage to 60 damage instead of the usual 35 (+25).
- Stackable. - With Mindreader's Chalice up to 75 damage.
- Vanessa Voss's innate - Damage is increased by the enemy's dark resistance.
- Anex and Cain Solomon's innates - When health is under 30%, attacks deal 50% more damage.
- Not Stackable (for Cain with Gem of Souls).
- Sadie Trudeau's innate - 30% base and strike damage increase for 3 turns when an enemy is killed.
