The fma1 Chronicles 02: The Exile, the Wench, and the Witches[]
Now for something different. I have decided to chronicle all possible Kongai Fan Fiction that still remains (given that the official Kongai Forum also had fanfic that was now sadly purged) on this website so that none may further succumb to destruction. The reason I decided to name these blogs "the Apocrypha Games" is that firstly, Kongai is a game (duh!), secondly, "apocrypha" refers to the fact that these stories are at best dubious to Sirlin's official "canon" of Kongai (even tough there isn't that much in the first place) and finally, "apocrypha" also means that these stories are not canon to my attempt at fan fiction (Project Kongai). I have neither used any ideas from these stories (hopefully mere coincidences if any similarities ever show up), since my story has 1. The concepts have been planned out meticulously long ago before I found these. 2. Features original characters from my other concepts Mavericks. And 3. Most of these stories would have some direct conflict with any lore I would have proposed.
Note that the fanfic here has been unaltered, bad grammar and all.
Anyway, here's the 18th book of the Apocrypha Games, all these shorts are written by Kongregate's fma1 over many dates. Sourced here.

Part 1[]
Amaya wanted to improve her dark magic. In her curent state she could not defeat Higashi, but she had a plan. She knew about the witches and she knew that they would have spellbooks with all sorts of powerful dark magic. She wasn't willing to take the risk herself to steal them. Instead she went to the pirates. As payment, she offered an ancient artifact.
Darla looked at the jade figurine and she accepted the deal, but Amaya would not give her the artifact until she returned with the witches’ spellbooks. Darla approached the witches’ hideout stealthily. It was nighttime ant the witches were sleeping, or thats what she thought. She entered the hideout and she came across a large room with a bookshelf on one of the walls. She took as many books as she could fit in her pouch. Before she could leave, a young woman walked into the room. Darla threw one of her daggers, and the woman responded by throwing some sort of vial. The dagger struck the vial and it shattered. Suddenly a second vial hit Darla. A cloud of gas appeared when the vial broke. Darla tried to run but she couldnt move, it was some kind of poison. Within seconds, Darla fainted.
Part 2[]
Darla woke up in a small room. In the room there were 5 people with her, among them was the woman she saw in the library. One of the 5, an old woman holding a broom, stepped forward “You thought you could outsmart us? For what you did, you must die.” She lifted the broom and it began to glow with energy, she pointed it at Darla.
Meanwhile at the pirates’ hideout.
“This isn’t like Darla” Augur said. “It's taking too long.” “No spellbook, no payment,” Amaya said. Ranek came up to Augur “She is in danger, I can sense it” “You can sense it?” Amaya asked. " I can sense when people are near death."
“Well if she failed, then no payment.”
“She is not dead yet mortal, but she is close. We need to move fast.”
“We don’t have to do anything,” Amaya said
“You do, if you want your payment, Ranek, go to where Darla is and bring her back” Augur said. Ranec disappeared in a flash of light. “Remember,” Amaya said, "No spellbook, no payment".
Part 3[]
Agathe didn’t want to kill Darla right away. Instead, she used a spell to drain Darlas life force and turn it into power for herself. It would take time, but Agath thought that no one would come. She was wrong.
Margo and Sadie were given the task of standing guard to make sure that no one came to rescue Darla. Ranec appeared and Margo quickly threw a vial of poison. The vial hit Ranec and shattered, covering him in the poison. Margo was suprised when the poison had no effect. Sadie summoned her demon and it launched a powerful blast of dark magic at Ranec. Ranec crossed his swords in front of his body to stop the magic. The impact stunned him, but he quickly recovered and teleported straight to Sadie and Margo. Sadie’s demon tried to grab Ranec, and ranec responded by slashing the demon’s hand. He moved quickly and hit Sadie with his sword. Margo threw a vial of poison gas, the same gas she used on Darla. She was suprised when it didnt have the same effect on Ranec. Ranec slashed at Margo and ran into the hideout. In the hideout he saw Agathe and Darla. Agathe was draining Darla’s life force and once she started the spell she wasn’t able to stop to fight Ranec. Sophie and Eva stood in front of Ranec. He knew he had to move fast to rescue Darla. Eva attacked Ranec with all her power, but Ranec quickly teleported and took out Eva. He slashed at Sophie but she raised some sort of barrier of dark magic. Ranec slashed at the barrier until it exploded, knocking out Sophie. He quickly attacked Agathe who could not fight while she was preforming the spell. Darla and Ranec left quickly, but not before Darla found her bag with the spellbooks in them.
They returned to the pirate hideout, and Darla showed Amaya the books. " Where is my payment. I went through a lot to get these." “Of course,” Amaya said, " i will give you the artifact as promised." Darla took the jade figurine and Amaya dissappeared with the spellbooks.
The next day at Amaya’s hideout.
Amaya was reading the spellbooks, learning new magic that she knew would give her the power to defeat Higashi. The spell that interested her the most was the life draining spell that Agathe tried to use on Darla.
Meanwhile at the witches’ hideout.
“Is it done yet?” Agathe asked. “Just a little longer,” Margo said, “be patient.” What Darla didn’t know when she stole the spellbooks was that, since the witches had held the spellbooks before, their trace was on them. Margo was making a potion that would track the spellbooks by tracking her own trace that is on the book. The witches would find the spellbooks and get them back.
Part 4[]
Margo was holding her potion which had a blue glow. The other witches were following behind her. There was a large mountain in front of them and as they got closer the glow became stronger. Meanwhile, Amaya had learned many new dark magic abilities from the spellbooks. She could sence the witches coming and she was ready to try out her new powers. The first thing she wanted to do was drain the magic energy from the child Ranec told her about. Ranec said that she had amazing power and Amaya wanted that power for herself. The witches arrived at Amaya’s cave but Amaya was blending into the shadows with one of the spells. Agathe was able to sense Amaya’s dark magic and she launched a blast of energy at Amaya. Amaya teleported out of the way and reappeared behind the witches. A dark purple aura surrounded her and a beam shot from her body into Sadie’s. A sheild of dark magic surrounded them, preventing the witches from stopping what was happening. Sadie was putting all her energy into resisting the spell, she knew how powerful Amaya would become if she gained control of the demon.
Meanwhile at Higashi’s dojo.
“Have you found out anything” Higashi asked. “Yes,” Rumiko said “by spying on Amaya I was able to find out where his hideout is. It is in a cave on that mountain.” “Then we will leave immediately to deal with Amaya for good.”
Meanwhile, the witches were throwing everything they had at Amaya, trying to rescue Sadie. The shield that Amaya created was too powerful, nothing could break through it exept powerful light magic.
As the martial artists approached the cave, they heard explosions. “What was that?” Yoshiro asked. “Amaya probably knows we are coming,” Onimaru said, “she is trying to scare us away. When will she realise that she will never defeat us. Her death is just a matter of time”
Part 5[]
The martial artists arrived at the cave. They had never seen the witches before, all they noticed was Amaya draining the energy out of Sadie. Agathe approached Higashi “You have to help us. We can’t get to her. Our magic can’t break the sheild, help us rescue her or else your enemy will become even more powerful.” Amaya just noticed the martial artists, “Higashi, so nice to see you. Its been a long time. You may have been able to beat me before, but now i will take the powerful magic trapped in this girl and i will kill you.” Higachi fired a chi blast into Amaya’s dark magic sheild. The sheild dissappeared in a large explosion. Amaya was stunned by the blast and before she could do anything, Sadie unleashed the full power of the demon. The demon launched a powerful blast of dark magic at Amaya, but the spellbooks had taught her how to stop dark magic. A dark aura shot from her hands and surrounded Sadie. It was a powerful spell that disabled dark magic. The dark aura spread throughout the whole cave. The witches were powerless, but the martial artists could still fight. Onimaru drew his sword and attacked Amaya. Amaya teleported away just befor the sword hit her and Rumiko teleported to appear right in front of her. She pulled a knife and drove it into Amaya’s armor. Amaya stumbled back with the knife still in her body. She pulled out the knife and she was surrounded by a dark purple glow. It was another spell from the spellbooks. She was healing her wound. Putting all her energy into the healing spell made the witches aple to overcome Amaya’s spell to block dark magic. Sophie put her hand out and infront of it was a circular forcefield. On the forcefield was an elaborate symbol. The forcefield began to glow and a beam shot into Amaya. The beam dissappeared into Amaya’s body and she fell to the ground. Higashi went to Sophie, “Who are you,” he asked, “and what did Amaya do to you?” Agathe walked to the back of the cave, picked up the spellbooks, and turned to Higashi, “She stole those spellbooks from us.” “Wait a minute,” Margo said, “she wasn’t the theif we captured. I wonder who the real thief was.”
“This thief,” Yoshiro said, "Was it a young woman with red hair?" “Yes. How did you know?” “It's the same woman who stole our scrolls!” “Did she leave anything behind?” Margo asked. “Yes,” Yoshiro said, " we have one of her daggers." “Perfect,” Margo said, “Since you helped us get our spellbooks back, we will help you get your scrolls. Give me the dagger and I will make a potion to track this woman.” “Good,” Yoshiro said, “she won’t get away with it.”
End.
